Background
Ben started Synapse in 2018 as a search and marketing agency. Over eight years the work moved closer to the product: brand protection and MAP enforcement for retailers, then the software behind growth itself.
Today he builds data products and the systems that sell them. That includes a live tennis data API used by developers and bettors. It also includes alerting and analytics tools built on top of it, and the automation that runs his own operations.
What he works on
On the build side, Ben designs and writes the software himself: APIs, data pipelines, AI automations and the deploy tooling under them. On the demand side he sets the strategy, owns SEO and answer-engine work, and reviews every page before it ships.
